Always a decent breakfast. The kids love it. A good meal at a good price. Hash brown casserole and country fried chicken are my favorite

Started out by asking the Hostess, Mega, to seat us where there were no little ones (ALWAYS a Screamer behind us) and then proceeded to ruin a VERY good dining experience by placing 3 tables of children around us. One screamer, one yelling back at Grandma & Grampa that she didn't want to be there and one quietly eating the crayons while mom spazzed. Our Server was Sarah L and did a Very fine job.

This location has a long-standing reputation for very poor service and so-so food. I just tried them again. They must have a new manager! Service was superb. Food was served hot and prepared very well. No complaints whatsoever. Whatever accounts for their improvements should be translated to other locations.

I had a wonderful "Ole Timer" breakfast, yet again this morning. I love most all the breakfasts here. The only reason that I use the word "most" is because I haven't eaten them all. I have been here for lunch and supper too. I can't complain about any of the meals I have had here. This is not high end, fine dining. This is good food at a good price. The staff is all especially attentive and I must note Emily and LaToya are just friendly, warm and welcoming as they can be. My coffee cup never ran dry. They even gave me a small pitcher of milk, because I can't open the individual 1/4 tsp. size. The food is southern cooking, in an old fashioned, antique store decor. As you enter and leave, you pass through their General Store, filled with eye appealing, quaint, and fragrant fare for sale. They also carry a nice variety of candies as well. I must mention the rocking chairs lining the front of the store, as well as their giant checkerboard. Not only are some always occupied, but they are for sale. The cashiers are always friendly and polite. This restaurant deserves 5 stars for its category of food. I do frequent this location and have no intention of slowing down. Great home style cooking.

Great breakfast. I had eggs with great grits and turkey sausage. My wife had lunch with an excellent veg soup and turkey sandwich .

Best damn biscuits outside of Red Lobster's cheddar bay drug-laced bread. The rocking chairs, while you wait is a nice touch (some with checkers), but we came early enough to get seated fast. Friendly atmosphere, big breakfast items. Had the country fried chicken steak with biscuits and jam and it was divine. Really feel like it's one of those places where you can't make a bad call on food selection, so will definitely go again.

Been stopping here every week for two years - always excellent. Of course there are busy crowded times - this is the beach. But most of the time they're top-drawer. Now, if you're expecting a 5-star at fast food prices then you might not be happy. It's neither - it's middle. Quality chain-style southern cooking with decent portions and fair prices.

Went for dinner with my folks while visiting. Place was pretty dead for a Sunday evening, and we were seated pretty quickly. Ordered the meatloaf with the choice of three sides. Had the hash brown cassarole, greens and corn for the sides. Greens were not that great, and when I got my food, the meatloaf was luke warm and the sides were cold. My mom's food was fine, but my dad's soup was cold like my entree. Server was attentive and the manager came over and made the food right. Have been to Cracker Barrel in the past and was not impressed with the food or price this time around. Gave two stars for the service, but was disappointed with the quality of the food. With lots of other choices for food, would not return.

Had a good waitress this time only complaint , we got a side salad as one of our sides as soon as we got the dressing on the salad the waitress shows up with our meal couldn't even get at least one bite of my salad before the meal came ridiculous.

I can always count on a Cracker Barrel for a solid meal when I'm on the road. Specifically, breakfast. Give me eggs, biscuits, and a turkey-sausage patty, and I'm a happy guy. I had (of course) the Country breakfast. The Hashbrown Casserole and a glass of fresh OJ are always nice bonuses. But I confess, it's the other aforementioned stuff I really appreciate. Plus, we were seated immediately, and staff took prompt care of us, checking on us regularly. I was impressed. Yes, yes, I know, it's a chain. But this chain does good, old-fashioned, "Southern" home cooking with lots of fat and bacon and salt and cheesy-hash brown casserole goodness. And it's just right! I'll let someone else wax poetic on the virtues of the Old Country Store, where you can buy root-beer barrels, and Mallo-cups, and "retro" treats, and old-timey rocking chairs, and a variety of other fun gifts. So yeah, Cracker Barrel. See you there.

Told us 10 min: An hour later we walked out. They could have been honest enough to tell us the truth. If we had known it would be a long wait we could have decided if we wanted to stay or go somewhere else instead of having them feed us lies to keep us waiting thinking it would be any minute. Not impressed!!!
